8bar launch terms

8bar is a short music delivery service. Uploaders keep ownership of their music and grant 8bar the limited rights needed to host, encode, stream, display, share, download, moderate, and measure the clips they submit.

Paid credit funds delivery in normal feed surfaces. Special deliveries are curated listening moments and do not charge included uploaders or cosigners for public member activity inside that delivery.

8bar may remove clips, disable accounts, reverse credit, or reject uploads for fraud, impersonation, unsafe content, rights issues, spam, or attempts to manipulate listening data.
